● Lead and supervise the team of 180-200 subcontractors for piping fabrication, installation, inspection and testing works. ● Carry out the piping Test pack Review, line walk inspection, Generate & Clear the Punch list, Hydro/Pneumatic Test, Flushing/Drying and Reinstatement inspections. ● To Lead and execute the pipe spool Welding Inspections, Tubing works, Painting, Insulation and Cladding works inspections. ● Monitoring the Pre-commissioning &Commissioning works and operational test for cooling water system, Fuel Gas/Oil (Boiler) Burner system, Hydraulic oil systems.

Piping supervisor & coordinator

● Supervise the Piping Fabrication, Installation, Inspection, Punch list Clearance, Hydro/Pneumatic Testing, flushing, Pre-Com/Commissioning, Reinstatement and final box up. ● Managing work execution carried out by piping contractors, ensuring the scope of work is achieved in accordance with contract requirements and timeframe. ● Lead and Supervise the Hot tapping, Tie-in works and installation of underground piping works. ● Lead and Supervise the Steam Tracing/Tubing, Painting &Insulation, Cladding works. ● Coordinate with customer and third party inspectors to lead and perform the inspections.

● Lead and manage the Onsite and Offshore vessel pressure regulating skid and pipe spool fabrication and installation works with Emerson Brand Control Valves, Pressure regulators, perform the field inspection and Calibration test. ● Lead and supervise the LNG/PNG Pressure Regulating skid piping &equipment’s Fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning, painting, insulation & cladding works. ● To perform the site survey and prepare the materials and manpower cost for replacing the MPRS Skids, scheduling, fabrication and installation of the new MPRS skids with in timeframe. ● successfully lead a team of 50-55 subcontractors to manage the power gas and SembCorp gas plants PRV skids Turnaround projects ($500k-$1M)
