Yosyf received his Doctorate Degree in Political Economy from UFU in Germany. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MIS degree from Augsburg University, Minneapolis, and a Graduate degree in Finance from Ternopil National Economic University in Ukraine. He is fluent in several languages, including English, Ukrainian and Russian.
