• Concept design: - Creating concepts and prototypes for automated assembly lines, using mainly Kuka, ABB, Fanuc industrial robots; - Creating 3D models and 2D drawings in CATIA V5 and NX; - Using file validation application such as N-Tool, Validat, Carisma; - Creating Bill of Materials using different software, such as SLE BOM, KSL, FM-Stueli; • Simulation and kinematics : - Spot-nut welding, gluing, laser engraving, etc.; - Gripper handling, docking, reach-ability and collision free result; - Selection of appropriate components according to customer specifications (consoles, guns, stands, fences, etc.); - Incorporation of changing loops based on the current product; - Interaction gripper/fixture: feedback to design department regarding nearmiss and collision detection; - Offline-programming of Kuka, Fanuc, ABB industrial robots (OLP); - Kinematics for guns, robots, fixtures and grippers; • Creation of required documentation: - Robot Load; - Robot mounting required changes; - Safe areas; Software: - Catia V5 - Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate & Designer - NX - Delmia - Kuka, ABB, Fanuc load calculation tool; - Microsoft Office
