John Babic is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of practical hands on experience in business start-ups and development, operations management, strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers, and acquisitions. Since May 1986, Mr. Babic has been President of Macedonia Holdings Ltd., an Edmonton based consulting and investment company. He has also been a director of Edmonton Economic Development Corporation from 2012-2019. He is a founder, director, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Dalmac Energy Inc., which is an Alberta based oil and gas services company specializing in oilfield services such as fluid hauling and well servicing. John has also been a founder director, Chairman, and CEO of Hyduke Energy Services Inc., a company trading on the TSX. Hyduke carries on its operations through various divisions under trade names including B.W. Rig Repair and Supply, Reliable Airflow Sales and Service, CanWest Crane & Equipment Ltd., MCO Industries Inc., Go Getter Welding Ltd., and T&T Engineering and Inspections. John has also been a director of, Raydan Manufacturing Inc., a company trading on the TSX Venture. Raydan markets proprietary suspensions, steering axle assembles and kingpin assembles to the heavy-duty truck and crane industry in North America and abroad. John I. Babic received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1983 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta in 1981.
