• Professional graduated in Automation and Control Engineering; • Mechatronics technician; • Good knowledge and practice in leading purchasing teams, projects and processes, with a Hands-on profile, in making planned and emergency decisions, as well as in the definition of strategic plans; • Acting directly on technical responsibility for all activities developed by the company, ensuring compliance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force, especially those of a technical nature; • Extensive experience in creating reports with maintenance, production, materials, purchasing and logistics schedules; • Experience in technical visits to suppliers and end customers, in order to solve possible deviations from projects and also conducting process audits; • Preparation and monitoring of purchase orders for external services, raw materials and inputs via the ERP system; • Analysis of deviations and monitoring of predicted x carried out through schedules; • Support to management and purchasing, sales and project engineers, instructing and training operators, assemblers and end customers; • Experience in preparing and reading technical drawings, handling of measuring instruments, pneumatics, hydraulics, machining and production processes in general; • Responsible for creating, maintaining and controlling technical documents; • Good knowledge in PDCA, Kanban, Kaisen, Lean Manufacturing and 5´S; • Conducting cost surveys and creating project execution schedules; • Understanding in the implementation and maintenance of the 5's system; • Direct performance in lean Manufacturing projects; • Experience with definition of area (layout), with practice in analysis of flow and values;
