Total of 37 Years of Power Plant Operation and Commissioning. Worked in Ministry of Electricity and Water, Kuwait from 1981 to 1995. Thermal Power and Desalination Plants Operation Worked in International Power (Now Engie) from 1995 to 2008. 1995 to 1996 in Commissioning of first unit (323 MW) RFO plant. 1997 to 2008 Plant Operation including involvement in commissioning of remaining 3 units till COD. From 2008 to 2015 worked as 'Operation Manager' in a 217 MW CCGT (Frame 9 GE) From errection till commissioning of plant in Mar 2010. Errection of plant included Design reviews. Whole Operation Department was established from zero manpower in 2009 to fully manned, trained staff deployed prior to start of Commisdioning in 2010
