Aseptic diaphragm valves from Saunders (Saunders Valves) are used in important process applications in some of the world's most stringently regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals, beverages, and personal care. For aseptic applications, Saunders diaphragm valves are developed to the highest level of design security, integrity, and cleanliness. Saunders Valves are necessary for the plumbing systems for a large range of Industrial Tools. These are sold by a variety of companies, and Linquip has a large selection of Saunders Valves for sale.
Diaphragm valves from Saunders are bi-directional, on-off throttle valves. They're utilized to control the area via which media can enter and exit the valve, hence altering its speed and velocity.
Saunders diaphragm valves come in three different series: DAB flow control, PBV backpressure, and RPV pressure relief. The performance characteristics of individual valves differ depending on the series type. The diameter of the valves ranges from 1/4” to 6”. Double EPDM O-rings are included with true Union-type diaphragm valves. For exact diaphragm alignment, DAB flow control models have sure-grip handwheels and high-visibility beacon indications. The screw-adjustable diaphragm spring on pressure control versions is set to 50 PSI by default, with an operating range of 10 to 150 PSI. PVC or CPVC valve bodies are standard, with PVDF or PP alternatives available. Valves are ANSI / NSF 61 and 372 certified for use with drinking water and fulfill ASTM D1784 design criteria.
